The E-C-P Program introduces SCRUM, AGILE & Innovation strategies & techniques for Mission Teams. 

Age Appropriate: The subject content is ideally suited for High School - College Age Teams & above. The sessions, assignments & assessments can be completed over a one (1) to five (5) day timeframe.

The E-C-P Program integrates Human Centered Design (HCD) principles, Agile development & Scrum techniques for rapid deployment teams in crisis response.
